Qualificações

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate PC systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and web inquiries to resolve customer issues.
• Meet contractual KPIs while delivering high-quality service.
• Clarify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalation when needed.
• Maintain accurate notes in the system and track interactions.
• Offer additional products or services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction.
