Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a commercially driven Freight Forwarder Sales Representative (Local NVO Channel) to grow our freight forwarder portfolio and strengthen our presence in the local forwarding market in Istanbul. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key relationships, and collaborate with Trade, Operations, Customer Service and Sales Support to deliver competitive transportation solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in container shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics is required.
3+ years in commercial roles with freight forwarders is highly preferred.
Proven track record in business development and account management.
Experience using CRM for opportunity management and pipeline tracking.
Strong English communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of freight forwarder customers and acquire new business.
Build relationships with key decision-makers within freight forwarding organizations.
Conduct customer visits, reviews, and meetings to identify growth opportunities.
Promote CMA CGM shipping services, sustainability products, and logistics offerings.
Collaborate with Trade, Operations, Customer Service and Sales Support teams.
