Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Local BCO / Outside Sales Representative to grow our direct BCO portfolio. You will prospect, build relationships, and manage a portfolio while delivering value-driven logistics solutions.

You will lead negotiations, understand customer objectives, and collaborate with Trade, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless experience. Fluency in English is required; Turkish market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in B2B sales within shipping/logistics preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring new business and growing portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of container shipping, pricing structures, and supply chain dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new BCO opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, visits, and market research.
• Develop long-term relationships with procurement, logistics, and management stakeholders.
• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio to increase revenue and wallet share.
• Lead commercial negotiations balancing customer needs with profitability.
