Job summary

Diageo Türkiye Finance is seeking an FP&A Executive to join the Istanbul-based Türkiye Finance Team. You will influence strategy by delivering data-led insights and supporting performance management across the P&L and balance sheet.

The role requires 2+ years in finance, strong Excel/SQL skills, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an on-site position in Istanbul with a focus on value creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in finance or similar roles.
• Existing capability to build genuine relationships built on mutual trust & respect.
• Successful management of senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
• Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment.
• Deep personal accountability for great performance.
• Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel, SQL

Responsibilities

• Partner key stakeholders across the Türkiye business in carrying out performance management and investment analysis.
• Collate the monthly forecast for Overheads and Advertising & Promotional spend.
• Provide decision support to help the business maximise Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Gross Margin %.
• Support innovation to ensure pipeline aligns to strategy and business partner innovation team on complex projects.
• Support 3 year Strategic Planning and investment choices.
