Job summary

Diageo plc in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to partner with Türkiye business leaders, driving performance management and investment analysis across the P&L and balance sheet.

You will collate forecasts for overheads and advertising spend, provide decision support to maximise net sales value and gross margin, and support 3-year strategic planning in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in finance or similar roles.
Ability to build relationships based on trust and respect with senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders for strong outcomes.
Comfort with ambiguity, complexity and fast-paced matrixed environment.
High personal accountability for performance.
Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail.
Intermediate/advanced Excel, SAP (or Equivalent), CRM system knowledge.
Demonstrated mastery of Financial Analysis fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Partner key stakeholders across Türkiye business in performance management and investment analysis.
Collate monthly forecast for Overheads and Advertising & Promotional spend.
Provide decision support to maximise Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Gross Margin.
Support innovation to align pipeline with strategy and partner on complex projects.
Support 3-year Strategic Planning and investment choices.
