Job summary

Saint-Gobain Türkiye is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The role supports country-level financial reporting, planning and performance analysis, delivering accurate data and meaningful insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to senior management and contribute to digital transformation of Finance processes through Excel and Power BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, audit, accounting or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate financial reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Financial Controller in monthly closing, reporting, Budget and Forecast processes.
• Prepare high-quality management reports, dashboards and presentations for Country CFO and senior management.
• Ensure accuracy and visual quality of financial reports and management presentations.
• Consolidate and analyze country financial results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, sales, margins).
• Perform Actual vs Budget, Forecast and Prior Year analyses to identify drivers.
• Coordinate financial data collection with Business Finance teams and other functions.
• Monitor sales performance, volumes, prices, product mix, margins and costs.
