Diageo Türkiye, based in Istanbul, seeks an FP&A Executive to join the Türkiye Finance Team. You will influence decisions with data and insights, supporting strategy, planning and cross-functional collaboration across the P&L, Balance Sheet and market share metrics.

The role emphasizes performance analysis, investment appraisal and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in finance or similar roles.
• Ability to build relationships built on mutual trust & respect.
• Successful management of senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment.
• Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel, SAP (or Equivalent), CRM (advantage or similar) system knowledge.
• Demonstrate you have mastered the basics in Financial Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Partner key stakeholders across the Türkiye business in carrying out performance management and investment analysis.
• Collate the monthly forecast for Overheads and Advertising & Promotional spend.
• Provide decision support to help the business maximise Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Gross Margin %.
• Support innovation to ensure pipeline aligns to strategy and business partner innovation team on complex projects.
• Support 3 year Strategic Planning and investment choices.
• Strong focus on Average Working Capital and Cash.

About this role

In the role of FP&A Executive you will become part of the wider Türkiye Finance Team, based in Istanbul. The Türkiye Finance team is central to the delivery of key business objectives and targets across the P&L, Balance Sheet and broader market share. The members of the team are respected business partners to their stakeholders inside and outside of the function, and work as part of a cross-functional team to help shape the future of Diageo Türkiye. The FP&A Executive role is essential to the informed decision making of our functions and Innovation team.
