Job summary

Diageo plc in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to partner with Türkiye business leaders, driving performance management and investment analysis across the P&L and balance sheet.

You will collate forecasts for overheads and advertising spend, provide decision support to maximise net sales value and gross margin, and support 3-year strategic planning in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in finance or similar roles.
• Ability to build relationships based on trust and respect with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders for strong outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity, complexity and fast-paced matrixed environment.
• High personal accountability for performance.
• Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel, SAP (or Equivalent), CRM system knowledge.
• Demonstrated mastery of Financial Analysis fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Partner key stakeholders across Türkiye business in performance management and investment analysis.
• Collate monthly forecast for Overheads and Advertising & Promotional spend.
• Provide decision support to maximise Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Gross Margin.
