Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Founding Account Executive based in Turkey to build a scalable sales engine for a European software company. You’ll manage new business, expand accounts, and drive full-cycle sales from discovery to close, with direct collaboration with the founders.

You will influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy, while helping shape a repeatable sales motion for future markets. Fully remote role across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of B2B software sales experience.
• 2+ years closing deals.
• Native-level German (or C2) and good English.
• Experience managing full sales cycle end-to-end.
• Ability to build repeatable sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business from qualified leads and inbound demand.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding adoption across teams and modules.
• Own the deal from discovery to contract signature and closure.
• Document and implement foundational sales processes and playbooks.
• Collaborate with founders to influence pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.
