Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Turkey. You will lead strategy and execution of a scalable, revenue-generating PLG engine for a global cloud technology business, owning ARR and guiding self-serve adoption from signup to paid expansion.

Qualifications

• Significant PLG leadership experience in SaaS/cloud infrastructure contexts.
• Proven ownership of ARR growth, freemium to paid conversions, and retention.
• Ability to translate complex products into self-service experiences delivering measurable value.
• Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives across Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales.
• Strong background in funnel optimization, activation, conversion analysis, and monetization.
• Fluency with developer workflows, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international settings.
• Experience scaling product-led revenue across remote-first teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product-led revenue growth strategy and ARR targets from self-service to enterprise.
• Develop scalable growth programs and measurable revenue targets across markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Sales to translate strategy into outcomes.
• Identify in-product monetization opportunities and optimize onboarding and funnels.
• Improve retention using analytics, churn indicators, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Establish a data-driven growth culture with performance metrics and tests.
