Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Operations Generalist based in Turkey for a fully remote, full-time role. You will oversee administrative, financial, and project coordination workflows across a globally distributed organization in the private markets ecosystem.

You will manage day-to-day processes, calendars, vendor and expense tracking, recruitment support, and sponsor partnerships. This position emphasizes process improvement, strong reporting, and mentorship across time zones.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
• Strong English proficiency (min. B2; C1 preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack for collaboration.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and across time zones with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications across time zones.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports with accurate records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Research sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and events.
• Maintain timely reporting and high-quality handovers via Slack.
• Coordinate admin and project tasks with deadlines and priorities.
• Mentor junior team members and promote consistent ways of working.
