Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Recruitment Lead based in Turkey for a fully remote, international talent acquisition environment. You will guide a team of Recruitment Specialists, coaching on assessments, client updates, and hiring results.

You’ll work with founders, manage pipelines, and contribute to ongoing process improvements, with potential growth toward Recruitment Manager as the team expands. You will assess performance, align with client expectations, and own selected searches while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or high-growth environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters is a strong advantage.
• Excellent client-facing communication, including clear written updates and timely feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and hold accountability for outcomes.
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team, ensuring high-quality, consistent hiring outcomes.
• Provide coaching and feedback based on candidate scorecards and interviews.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Monitor team performance metrics and recruitment pipelines for bottlenecks.
• Deliver weekly client updates on open positions and progress.
• Oversee handover to People Lead after offers and identify new opportunities.
• Own 1–2 searches end-to-end when needed, from sourcing to offer.
• Distribute new searches across the team based on capacity and role requirements.
• Train new recruiters and refine standard operating procedures.
