Job summary

Sipay in Turkey seeks a Product Owner to lead payment products across POS, acquiring, and merchant integrations. You will translate business needs into clear user stories, own the backlog, and partner with banks, processors, and engineering to drive end-to-end delivery.

Ideal candidates have fintech experience, strong English, and a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Product Owner/PM roles with backlog management.
• Fintech/payments experience and understanding of POS and payment flows.
• Strong English, excellent communication, ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work with the Scrum team from refinement to release.
• Define clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Take ownership of payment products across POS, acquiring, merchant integrations, and transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with banks, processors, card schemes, and technology partners.
• Follow production performance and drive improvements to resolution.
