Hesapkurdu seeks a high-agency product builder to join our product team in Turkey. This role goes beyond traditional PM duties, focusing on deeply understanding user issues, prototyping rapidly, and leveraging AI-native workflows to ship impactful product iterations.

You could be a former founder, an engineer transitioning to product, or a generalist builder who already operates AI-enabled workflows daily. The role demands ownership and fast, evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Owns product strategy from discovery to shipped iterations.
• Strong understanding of Turkish banking landscape.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development.
• Ability to ship with engineers and data partners.
• Fintech or banking background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities across Hesapkurdu’s journeys and ship improvements that move business metrics.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, operations, data, and bank partnerships; create momentum independently.
• Use AI tools to move faster: researching, prototyping, analyzing funnels, drafting experiments, stress-testing ideas.
