Job summary

Inventiv is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead fintech product initiatives in Turkey. You will partner with engineering, design and business stakeholders to define strategy, roadmaps and successful delivery of customer-focused financial technology solutions.

You will translate business needs into detailed specifications, manage backlogs, analyze usage data, and communicate progress to cross-functional teams. The role offers a dynamic environment with flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years in product management or related role.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.
Familiar with design, development, test processes and IT infrastructure.
Understanding of SQL and API testing tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product initiatives, manage the backlog and oversee the development lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Continuously analyze product performance and usage data to drive improvements.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps effectively to all stakeholders.
Effectively manage time based on project planning to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed on schedule.
Continuously research and analyze new technologies, market innovations and evolving user expectations to enhance product strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
