Ödeal is a fintech scaleup shaping the future of payments. We seek a Technical Product Owner to lead product discovery, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration across agile teams.

You’ll analyze market needs, translate them into user stories, and coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver fintech solutions. Join us to drive impactful projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or related fields.
• At least min. 6 year of experience in Product Owner / Product Lead roles in fintech or payments.
• Strong ability to document and define user stories.
• Basic understanding of programming languages and applications.
• Experience in IT delivery project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, DDD and at least one engineering method.
• Knowledge of SQL, database design and data flows.
• Ability to test REST and SOAP services using Postman/SoapUI.
• Proficiency with Jira, SDLC and Agile methodologies; analytical, results- and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fintech market analysis and feasibility studies.
• Act as Product Owner for the scrum team and manage backlogs.
• Evaluate requests from different departments and stakeholders.
• Bridge between developers and product teams to align on deliverables.
• Participate in UAT and ensure delivery to stakeholders.
