We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the Chairman of the Board at Fuzul Holding. The role reports directly to the Chairman of the Board and will support the effective management of the Chairman's daily workflow, agenda and priorities, while actively contributing to the coordination and follow-up of senior management processes.
Purpose of the Role
The Executive Office is responsible for coordinating senior management processes, following up on critical workflows, and supporting Board-level activities. It also serves as a central function that contributes to the coordination of strategic projects and key organizational priorities.
This role reports directly to the Chairman of the Board and involves close, day-to-day collaboration in managing the Chairman's agenda, priorities, meetings and key business follow-up processes.
The position will take direct responsibility for senior management support, operational coordination and follow-up, while also contributing to reporting, project coordination and other business processes within the Executive Office as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the Chairman of the Board's daily, weekly and monthly schedule, ensuring it is continuously updated in line with changing priorities,
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and organizational activities,
- Support the preparation of relevant information, documents and materials prior to meetings,
- Prepare meeting notes when required and support the follow-up of related actions,
- Maintain proper documentation and archiving of Executive Office processes,
- Handle senior management-level information in accordance with confidentiality principles,
- Support the maintenance of high standards in office organization, professional representation and business follow-up processes,
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure processes progress in a timely manner,
- Regularly follow up on priority business matters monitored by the Chairman of the Board,
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports and management briefing materials when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration or a related social sciences field,
- 3-5 years of experience in Executive Assistance or senior management support roles,
- Strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail and professional representation,
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously,
- Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills,
- High motivation to develop beyond operational responsibilities into coordination, process management and business follow-up,
- Proficiency in English at a level suitable for active use in daily business processes,
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders,
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment,
- For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service.
