Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master's in HR discipline preferred.
• 4-5 years of professional HRBP experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading high-performance teams and coaching employees.
• Excellent collaboration with Finance, HR, Rewards, and Shared Services teams.
• Strong business acumen with fluency in Turkish and English.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic HR partnering to Animal Health leadership and stakeholders.
• Advise on HR policies, resolve complex queries, and escalate as needed.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes in the assigned function.
• Support workforce planning through capability assessments and data analysis.
• Drive performance management cycles and development planning.
• Oversee budget forecasting and monthly estimations.
