Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or equivalent.
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of SOPs, WPDs and regulatory standards.
• Strong monitoring, KPI and data review capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff, providing coaching, mentorship and work direction.
• Conducts performance appraisals and career discussions; interviews and recruits staff.
• Conducts induction/orientation programs for new employees.
• Ensures CVs, training records, profiles and timesheets are current.
• Supports allocation activities and resourcing per local processes.
• Delivers training on WPDs and SOPs; identifies training gaps.
• Ensures adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Alerts management to quality issues and facilitates audits as needed.
• Reviews systems to evaluate metrics and project status (CTMS/Activate/Clarity).
• Evaluates staff through PAVs and supports process improvements.
