Job summary

Amazon Turkey is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the end-to-end people experience across Mile sites and partner with business leaders to set goals and deliver results that impact growth in Turkey.

You will balance automation with human insight, lead a high-performing HR team, and drive initiatives in engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. This role is onsite at Amazon facilities in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR experience in a people management role.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish employment law, HR best practices, and talent management principles.
• Experience supporting employee relations and performance management processes in an operational environment.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish (CEFR C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Strategic People Partnership — Advise Turkey operations leaders on workforce planning and leadership capability building.
• Talent & Succession — Manage talent pipeline, partner with Talent Acquisition, and develop emerging leaders.
• Employee Engagement & Culture — Design initiatives to improve engagement, attendance, and retention with a culture of inclusion.
• Employee Relations & Compliance — Guidance on Turkish labor law and policy application; risk mitigation.
• Performance & Organizational Effectiveness — Drive end-to-end PM cycle and use analytics to identify trends.
• Change Leadership — Lead organizational changes across sites and align stakeholders.
• COE & Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with compensation, staffing, L&D, and legal to serve Turkey's context.
• Technology & Innovation — Drive adoption of HR tech and AI-enabled tools for better decision-making.
• Team Leadership — Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing HR team.
