Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of people-management experience.
• Experience in business management, marketing, commercial strategy, or market development within medical devices/healthcare.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a complex matrix organization.
• Strong business and financial acumen with planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ICT regional business strategy for Region-Led Markets across TURMECA, ACEE, and expand ICT therapies.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams; coordinate with country leaders and global ICT OU.
• Monitor performance, forecasts, and market dynamics; drive planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Represent the EMEA RLM perspective in global ICT forums and ensure regional needs are incorporated.
