Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years of broad People Lead experience in transformation, restructuring, or large-scale change.
• Deep understanding of Turkish labor law, employee relations landscape, and cultural dynamics.
• Experience in FMCG or matrixed environments strongly preferred.
• Organizational design skills: structure reviews and role design.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design & workforce planning to deliver project outcomes.
• Own end-to-end change management: employee engagement, communication, and workforce transitions.
• Identify capability gaps and create targeted hiring and development plans.
• Manage employee and labor relations in line with Turkish law; oversee labor relations strategy.
• Track and report on people KPIs and translate insights into action plans.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategies with objectives and transformation goals.
• Support broader regional Turkey Eurasia People Leadership Team initiatives.
