Job summary

Pfizer GH&B is seeking a Cluster Lead to drive the commercial strategy across MENA, Africa and Turkey. You will own the end-to-end commercial value chain from portfolio strategy to patient access, including tendering, pricing and contracting execution.

This build-and-shape role requires entrepreneurial leadership to stand up a new cluster operating model, set strategic direction, and balance standardization with local market realities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L across multiple markets and drive strategic direction
• Allocate resources and prioritize portfolio investments across cluster markets
• Calibrate investments across markets and balance field vs partner models
• Represent cluster in global planning cycles and reviews
• Set commercial direction and ensure pricing discipline
• Shape field force effectiveness and engagement standards across the cluster
• Navigate procurement, tender processes, and distribution channels
• Drive demand generation and manage partner/distributor-led execution models
