ING Hubs Türkiye seeks a Blockchain Customer Journey Expert to shape and deliver the next generation of digital asset payments, tokenized money capabilities, and distributed financial infrastructure within ING. You will own functional delivery across payments, tokenization and wholesale banking, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, customer journey, payment, or digital asset roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent English communication (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own the functional delivery of Digital Asset Strategy payment solutions and tokenized money capabilities.
• Define and refine customer journeys, processes, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for delivery teams.
• Support product discovery, prioritization and implementation activities.
• Contribute to stablecoins, tokenized deposits and digital asset payment initiatives.
• Analyze and improve payment, settlement and liquidity management processes.
• Support design of future-state operating models for digital asset products.
• Collaborate across Wholesale Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and Engineering.
• Prepare functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist backlog refinement and ensure requirements translate into effective solutions.
