INGHubs Türkiye is seeking a Blockchain Engineer to join the Digital Asset Services organization to build next-generation digital asset capabilities. The role blends backend engineering with blockchain knowledge to design scalable services for wallet management, custody workflows, and external network integrations.

The ideal candidate is a strong Java engineer who understands blockchain concepts and can bridge traditional banking systems with emerging digital asset ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in software engineering or architecture roles.
• Fluent English communications (C1+).
• Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using Java.
• Build APIs and microservices for digital asset products.
• Develop scalable and resilient systems for banking standards.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps, Security, and Product Owners.
