The role emphasizes Java excellence, blockchain understanding, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting with office presence in Vadistanbul and periodic remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, solution design, or architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise backend services in Java and related tech.
• Build APIs and microservices for digital asset products and workflows.
• Develop scalable, secure systems aligned with banking standards.
• Contribute to platform integration with custody and wallet providers.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and production support.
