Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication (C1 or above).
• Experience in Agile organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs.
• Develop microservice-based applications on cloud-native platforms.
• Create robust integrations between banking systems and digital asset platforms.
• Build highly available, secure services for financial transactions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions on scalability, performance, security, reliability.
