Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye seeks a Blockchain Security Ops Engineer to design, implement, and secure ING’s digital asset platforms. You will work hands-on across wallet infrastructure, key management, cryptographic controls, and smart contracts, collaborating with global tech squads to ensure security by design.

You'll engage with risk, compliance, legal, and product owners while operating in a flexible hybrid model at the Vadistanbul office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and tech domains.
• Fluent English communication (C1 or above).
• Experience with secure coding, threat modelling, and security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure ING’s digital asset technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with cyber security, risk, compliance, and product teams to ensure secure production-ready platforms.
