Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Blockchain Customer Journey Expert to shape and deliver digital asset payments, tokenized money, and distributed financial infrastructure solutions. You will own the functional delivery of Digital Asset Strategy initiatives, working across Wholesale Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Engineering.

The role requires 5+ years of product or delivery experience in banking, fintech, or digital assets, with strong stakeholder management and agile

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, customer journey, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
Strong stakeholder management across business and tech teams with excellent communication skills.
Experience translating complex business needs into actionable product or delivery requirements and working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Own functional delivery of Digital Asset Strategy payment solutions and tokenized money capabilities.
Define and refine customer journeys, processes, and requirements for delivery teams.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for backlog and delivery.
Support product discovery, prioritization, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and governance to ensure compliant solutions.
