DYDO DRİNCO TURKEY İÇECEK SATIŞ VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ in Akyazı is seeking a Dealer & OEM Audit Associate to lead quality and food safety across factories, dealers, and warehouses. The role covers audits, reporting, and continuous improvement within strict standards and KVKK compliance, ensuring system integrity site to site.

The candidate should hold a food or chemical engineering degree, ISO 9001/22000 auditing credentials, and strong English; travel and team leadership are required to

Qualifications

• Graduate from food or chemical engineering departments.
• Knowledge of food safety management systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC).
• Experience in a similar role and auditing certifications preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop quality/food safety systems across factories, dealers, and warehouses.
• Lead internal, OEM, dealer, and warehouse audits and ensure plan adherence.
• Prepare audit reports and drive corrective actions with follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and KVKK, ISO standards.
• Lead quality risk assessments and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Provide trainings and manage the audit team to sustain system implementation.

We are looking for a ‘‘Dealer & OEM Audit Associate’’ to be in Akyazı. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Managing and developing the Quality/Food Safety/System Management system of 5 factories, dealer and warehouses,
• Acting in accordance with the policies, procedures and instructions published and implemented within the scope of Management Systems (KVKK, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS, Halal, YYS, Scan),
• Ensuring the sustainability of management systems by following current standards. Monitoring and controlling the documantation,
• Monitoring the compliance of all locations' internal and external audits, OEM company audits, dealer and warehouse audits with the plan,
• Preparing audit reports and ensures that actions are taken and followed up,
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
• Ensuring that all departments work inline with the principles of the quality assurance system,
• Carrying out Quality Risk Assesment studies,
• Examining and follow up the root cause, action planning and implementation of corrective-Improving Activities,
• Managing improvement projects about product efficiency, qaulity and food safety,
• Providing management of the team under his/her responsibility,
• Leading the team to establish quality management systems, prepare documents and ensure the continuity of their implementation. Preparing trainings for food safety and quality culture,
• Monitoring audit performances and actions,
• Managing OEM processes,
• Preparing and presenting performance, KPI, YGG reports,

Qualifications

• Graduate from food or chemical engineering departments of universities,
• Knowledge and experience with food safety management systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC etc.),
• Preferably min. 3 years of experience in similar position,
• Preferably has ISO 9001 and 22000 auditor certification,
• Preferably with experience on auditing certification or equivalent experience,
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment,
• Acting proactively by taking responsibility with a system development perspective,
• Experience in team management,
• Have a good command of spoken and written English,
• Preferably have knowledge SAP,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Living in Sakarya or being able to relocate to Sakarya.
