Job summary

DYDO DRİNCO TURKEY İÇECEK SATIŞ VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is seeking an HSE Associate in Eskipazar to lead periodical controls, trainings, and audits within a multinational-backed environment. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in HSE, and hold an Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (Class C or B).

Qualifications

• Environmental, Food, or Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the HSE department, preferably in food industries.
• Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (Class C or B).
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Good command of English.
• Open to self-development and team collaboration.
• No travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Organize periodic controls and HSE measurements and follow up.
• Issue PPE to employees and monitor usage.
• Contribute to risk analysis activities.
• Coordinate HSE trainings and training programs.
• Organize legal HSE meetings and share minutes.
• Audit areas for HSE compliance and prepare action plans.
• Oversee subcontractors’ work and approve documents.
• Prepare and follow work permit forms.
• Verify HSE certificates and organize audits.
• Contribute to HSE management system documents and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OHS, Environment, and Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Operate wastewater treatment facility.

We are looking for a HSE Associate to be in Eskipazar. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Organizing all periodical controls and HSE measurements and following them up,
• Issuing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to employees and following up on their PPE usage,
• Contributing to risk analysis activities,
• Following up on all employees’ HSE trainings and organizing training programs,
• Organizing legal HSE meetings and sharing the meeting minutes with relevant departments afterward,
• Auditing all areas regarding HSE, preparing action plans, following them up, and sharing identified non-conformances with relevant departments,
• Controlling subcontractors’ work and approving their working documents,
• Preparing work permit forms and following them up,
• Following up on the validity of HSE Management System certificates, contacting authorized companies, and organizing audits,
• Contributing to HSE Management System activities and preparing system documents (procedures, instructions, plans, etc.),
• Following all legal regulations regarding OHS, Environment, and Dangerous Goods Safety,
• Operating and controlling the wastewater treatment facility.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Environmental, Food, or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HSE department, preferably in food companies (CSD, fruit juice, water, soda),
• Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (Class C or Class B),
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Good command of English,
• Open to self-development,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in harmony and coordination within a team,
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills,
• Ability to approach issues and problems with an innovative perspective and provide fast solutions,
• No restriction for travel,
