DYDO DRİNCO TURKEY İÇECEK SATIŞ VE PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is seeking a Junior Production Associate to oversee production planning, personnel management, and process optimization at the Akyazı factory. The role emphasizes teamwork, safe operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and English communication abilities, with a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the planned production program is realized efficiently.
• Provide personnel management and shift arrangements.
• Carry out production according to defined process standards and improve the process.
• Control material waste rates and yields within standards and drive improvements.
• Prepare reports for continuous improvement and performance monitoring for management.
• Comply with department budget and manage production documents and KPI data.
• Coordinate and improve health and safety practices in the team.
• Ensure production aligns with food safety and hygiene rules.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate production trials for new products and packaging.
• Lead and support digitalization projects within production, including Industry 4.0 technologies.

We are looking for a ''Junior Production Associate'' to be in Akyazı Factory. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Ensuring that the planned production program is realized efficiently,


• Providing personnel management and shift arrangements,


• Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process,


• Controlling material waste rates and yields, ensuring that they are within the standards, to take improvements,


• Preparing reports for continuous improvement and performance monitoring by evaluating the criteria and presenting them to the management,


• Complying with the prepared department budget,


• Creating, following up and implementing production documents and KPI datas,


• Coordinating and improving occupational health and safety practices, ensuring that the team complies with the rules,


• Ensuring that the production is carried out in accordance with the food safety and hygiene rules,


• Planning executing, and evaluating production trials for new products, packaging materials, equipment and process optimization,


• Leading and supporting digitalization projects within the production department, including the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, data monitoring systems, and automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering


• Minimum 1 years of professional experience, preferably in the beverage industry


• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Demonstrates an innovative, solution-oriented approach with a focus on results


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• Preferably experienced with SAP systems


• Able to communicate effectively in English


• Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Akyazı
