Job summary

You will manage dealer audits, set targets, and prepare annual sales plans while traveling as needed. Strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and advanced MS Office knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in related fields.
• Relevant years of experience in Automotive Industry, especially in reports and analysis for Top Management.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational and management reporting skills.
• Strong numerical, logical and analytical skills with dealer & customer focus.
• Process management and consulting skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar programs is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• High level of computer literacy; advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Establish, improve and follow up on dealer audit systems and business processes.
• Govern monthly dealer target assignment and ensure transparent communication across the network.
• Set up and share annual dealer sales business plan with all network and responsible parties.
