Job summary

Doğuş Otomotiv invites applications for a Parts Coordination Supervisor / Assistant Manager in the Porsche After Sales Department. You will act as the key link between Porsche AG, our dealer network, and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellence in parts operations, availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor stock health, and drive process improvements across the network while maintaining strong relationships with international partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience in automotive after-sales, spare parts management, logistics, supply chain, or dealer operations.
• Experience in team leadership and people management (preferred for Assistant Manager).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with dealers and international stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English; German is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Valid Class B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts operations across the Porsche Authorized Dealer and Service Network.
• Act as the primary contact between Doğuş Otomotiv, Porsche AG, logistics operations, and authorized dealers regarding parts-related processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders and participate in regular communications and projects with Porsche headquarters.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of parts operating standards and policies throughout the dealer network.
• Monitor parts ordering processes, stock health, availability, and emergency order performance.
• Ensure efficient inventory management and optimum stock structures across authorized dealers.
• Conduct parts sales, profitability, and performance analyses and prepare regular management reports.
• Lead market research activities and identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
• Develop initiatives to increase parts sales and enhance dealer performance.
• Coordinate parts marketing activities in collaboration with logistics and commercial teams.
• Support accessory and boutique product initiatives and promotional activities.
• Provide operational guidance and best practices to dealer parts teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate training and development activities to strengthen dealer network capabilities.
• Collaborate with After Sales, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Dealer Development teams to achieve business objectives.
• Determine needs of marketing activities and organize it for after sales services.
