Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye invites you to join HGenius, a unique 9-month internship for final-year undergraduates and master’s students to experience real business life in an international environment.

You will gain hands-on automotive industry experience, work on meaningful projects, and access development and technical training through Hyundai Development Academy.

HGenius operates at İzmit Plant and İstanbul Office with on-site attendance at least 3 days a week. Last application date is 18.10.2026.

Qualifications

• 4th year undergraduate or master’s students from related fields (Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences and etc.).
• Previous internship experience is a plus.
• Ability to attend the program at least 3 days a week (on-site).
• Strong communication and analytical skills with advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HGenius internship program for 9 months in an international environment.
• Contribute to projects and develop professional skills within the Hyundai group.
• Collaborate with teams across İzmit Plant and İstanbul Office.
• Engage in development and training programs via Hyundai Development Academy.
