Hyundai Motor Türkiye invites you to join a leading global car manufacturer with a strong focus on mobility, quality and design. You will work in a structured environment, supporting accounting and tax processes, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and SAP FI integration.

You will contribute to monthly closings, tax reporting, and data preparation for audits, while collaborating with multiple departments in a dynamic, customer-focused setting. Flexitime and casual dress complete the offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Admin, Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and tax processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Experience with SAP FI module.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage invoice issuing process and support all departments.
• Assist monthly closing activities and prepare financial statements.
• Handle IFRS provisions, adjustments and SAP classifications.
• Support Investment Incentive Certificate operations.
• Assist VAT and SCT refund processes and tax declarations.
• Monitor Transfer Pricing issues.
• Prepare accounting and tax reports for management.
• Coordinate data/document requests from Tax Office.
• Provide audit support for tax inspections and certifications.

We want you to:

• Responsible from invoice issuing process upon requests and providing support to all departments.
• Support monthly accounting closing activities and financial statement preparations
• IFRS provision, adjustment & classification calculations and registrations to SAP system
• Supporting Investment Incentive Certificate operational process
• Supporting VAT and SCT refund processes
• Supporting preparation of tax declarations
• Follow up Transfer Pricing issues
• Prepare accounting and tax reports for management
• Supporting the preparation of data and document requests from Tax Office
• Audit support for tax inspection, customs and full certification

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and tax processes
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS standards
• Experience with SAP FI module
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
