Job summary

Randstad, on behalf of our business partner in the Telecommunications industry, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Campaign Manager. You will plan, execute, and oversee campaigns from start to finish to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.

You will collaborate with the European RHQ team to develop national plans, manage budgets, and align content tactics with Head of Brand Marketing. Strong data analysis and fluent English/Turkish communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Management from a reputable university.
• 5+ years in brand marketing or related roles.
• Interest in technology and consumer electronics.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret campaign performance.
• Excellent English and Turkish communication to coordinate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop national marketing PR plan with the European RHQ team.
• Create comprehensive marketing campaign plans aligned with strategy.
• Manage content, advertising, and PR efforts under Head of Brand Marketing.
• Oversee budgets and deadlines for cost-efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with local creative, sales, and other teams for integration.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned to campaign direction.
• Research audiences and market trends to inform strategy.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
