Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks an experienced Strategic Planning Business Development Manager to drive long-term growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and partnerships.

You will conduct financial modeling, build business cases, and manage end-to-end strategic projects across functions, including Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Legal. Strong English and PM skills are essential, with an MBA preferred for this senior role.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong English proficiency; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
• Proven project management capabilities with tools like MS Project or Asana.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for executive analyses and presentations.
• Experience in contract management, tender documentation, bid preparation, and negotiations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder mgmt, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives for long-term growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business, partnerships, and investments through market research and strategic analysis.
• Conduct financial modeling, business case development, investment appraisals, scenario analyses, and feasibility studies.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects with milestones and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Commercial, Operations, Legal) for effective execution.
• Lead bid management activities, including proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
• Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations using data-driven insights.
• Represent the department in steering committees and meetings with stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across international business units and global strategic integration.
