Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to partner with Patient Impact teams, transform data into insights, and lead forecasting and performance tracking for a global pharmaceutical client.

The role involves coordinating with regional stakeholders to support product launches, adapting analytics to local needs, and driving Power BI/data project adoption while solving commercial challenges with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative fields.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence (SFE/OE), Business Intelligence, or Strategy—ideally within Pharma, Healthcare, or top-tier Consulting.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Business Partner: identify analytical needs and transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Own forecasting and sales performance tracking to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead launches by partnering with local and regional stakeholders to prepare, execute, and track performance of new products/indications.
• Adapt global/region analytics to local needs and drive adoption of Power BI/data tools.
• Proactively identify commercial challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
