Job summary

Beta.Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional in Turkey to analyze and reduce churn, develop loyalty strategies, and drive data-driven decisions to improve customer lifetime value. You will deliver weekly performance reports to the Co-Founders and work to strengthen overall customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in customer success, strong data interpretation skills, and excellent analytical thinking.
