Mikro Yazılım in Istanbul seeks a Senior Growth & Analytics Specialist to turn data into actionable growth insights across paid, organic, and CRM channels. You will own analytics projects, translate metrics into strategy, and partner with teams to drive performance.

You will build dashboards with Looker Studio / Qlik, manage data flows with GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and SQL, and lead segmentation, activation, and experiments to improve conversion and retention.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and SQL.
• Experience connecting Salesforce data with marketing/website data.
• Proven ability to translate data into business outcomes and recommendations.

• Measure and optimize the customer journey and funnel across channels.
• Analyze channel performance and deliver growth insights regularly.
• Build behavioral and commercial customer segments and enable activation.
• Develop dashboards and reporting infrastructure for data-driven decisions.
