Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a 6-month fixed-term contract for our partner in Kocaeli/Gebze. The role focuses on internal operations, supporting the CSR team with daily administrative activities and SAP-based order handling.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate customer data in SAP, and ensure timely follow-up on orders, discrepancies, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service/CSR environment.
• SAP knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills, especially for cross-functional internal coordination.
• Structured and accurate way of working.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Proactive and hands-on approach.
• Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the CSR team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Assist customer order entry, updates and follow-up in SAP.
• Maintain accurate order and customer-related information in SAP.
• Support the team with documentation and other routine Customer Service activities.
• Help identify and follow up on order discrepancies or operational issues.
• Contribute to an efficient and well-organised Customer Service operation.
