Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales and Customer Service at multinationals.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and follow-up.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing customer portfolio and maintain satisfaction and long-term relationships with cross-department collaboration.
• Monitor customer forecasts to achieve sales targets.
• Receive customer requests and evaluate them for orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on orders with the production planning team.
• Plan, organize, and monitor activities to meet quantities and timelines.
• Enter and report monthly PSI data in line with sales forecasts.
• Track historical sales performance and inventory levels; manage supply and sales planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports.
• Regularly follow and update department SOPs.
• Monitor and support monthly closing processes.
