Job summary

CR_67 CROWN Bevcan Türkiye Ambalaj Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to support the sales and service teams in İzmit. You will manage customer inquiries, maintain the portfolio, and help ensure on-time order processing.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in sales or customer service in multinational companies, strong English, MS Office skills, data analysis ability, and SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• At least 3 years in Sales and Customer Service in multinational companies.
• Advanced level of English.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and follow-up.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing customer portfolio and maintain long-term relationships.
• Monitor customer forecasts to achieve sales targets.
• Receive customer requests and convert them into orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on orders with production planning.
• Plan and monitor activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Enter and report PSI data monthly aligned with forecasts.
• Track historical sales and inventory, manage supply and sales planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports.
• Follow and update SOPs; support monthly closings.
