Job summary

Maher Khoder Embroideries is seeking an organised CRM & Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The role focuses on documentation, coordination of shipments, and cross-department workflow to keep processes efficient.

The successful candidate will handle customer and order documents, maintain files, and assist CRM, Design, and Operations teams with proactive coordination and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Basic to advanced computer knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Odoo is a plus.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer and order related documentation.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments.
• Prepare and organize documents between departments.
• Prepare and arrange product samples for customers.
• Coordinate between the CRM, Design, and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical files.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.
