Monnoyeur is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the back-office Marketing & Operations functions. You will help keep CRM data accurate, manage purchase orders, track customer requests, and maintain ISO 9001 documents.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (as stated).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel/Outlook/Teams/SharePoint).
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM data for customers, contacts, machines, and dealers.
• Support data transfers between IPSO CRM and John Deere CRM.
• Enter and check purchase orders based on supplier invoices.
• Record and follow up customer requests, complaints and feedback in the Customer Service portal.
• Prepare basic weekly reports and support Excel/Power BI reporting.
• Support SharePoint content updates and ISO 9001 document management.
