Job summary

Alshaya Group, a Kuwait-based international retailer operating in Turkey, seeks a CRM Specialist for the Victoria’s Secret division to analyze customer data, develop CRM reports, and drive loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage SQL, MS Dynamics CRM, and Google Analytics to deliver insights and support targeted campaigns.

Fluent English, a strong MS Office skillset, and 3+ years in CRM are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in CRM, Analytical Reporting and CRM establishment processes.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience in complex SQL queries, MS Dynamics CRM and Power BI; Google Analytics is a must.
• On-site marketing tools is a plus.
• Customer focused with a strategic point of view.
• Teamwork, strong business follow-up, reporting, finalization and communication.
• Able to ensure timely and accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current customer data, identifying areas of improvement and making suggestions.
• Create CRM reports on monthly/weekly periods, track and evaluate reports with the manager.
• Prepare domestic and international CRM KPI reports.
• Continuously seek ways to improve data quality and enrichment.
• Cooperate with campaign management to improve campaign efficiency.
• Determine target groups for campaigns and support special campaigns for customer segments by analyzing behavior and sales.
• Create data-driven business outputs and deliver insights.
• Contribute to efforts to gain new customers, reduce churn, increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Take part in all processes of the customer loyalty program.
• Research innovations in global and local markets in the working area.
• Evaluate the capacity and functionality of the existing database.
