Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or Engineering degrees are preferred.
• 10+ years of merchandising experience in retail with leadership responsibilities.
• Pro-active, energetic, analytical thinker, team player with good communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and financial planning skills.
• Very well organized with strong daily follow up skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel is a must,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional merchandising strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead merchandise planning, assortment strategy, product lifecycle management, and seasonal planning.
• Join weekly calls and be contact with international teams and discuss merch-related issues.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and inventory data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
• Drive pricing, promotions, markdown, and inventory optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor key merchandising KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure the right product is available at the right place and at the right time through effective assortment and allocation strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about consumer behavior, fashion and retail trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
