Job summary

Ditaș Tankers / Ditaș Denizcilik is seeking a crew planning and training coordinator to ensure qualified personnel are selected, trained, and deployed to vessels efficiently. You will manage pre-joining and post-service training activities and oversee evaluation processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Maritime Studies degree with STCW knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• To plan and coordinate the required training programs for seafarers and ensure their effective implementation.

• To coordinate and manage the crew joining process, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of personnel to vessels.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Maritime Studies


• Good knowledge of maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and crew certification processes.


• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.


• Good command of written and spoken English.


• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment.


• Strong team player with a proactive and responsible approach to work.

Professional Qualifications:

• For Superintendent positions, candidates must hold a valid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (Unlimited).


• For Supervisor positions, candidates must hold a valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (Unlimited).
