Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure selection, planning, and organization of qualified personnel for vessel assignments.
• Plan and coordinate crew training programs and ensure implementation.
• Monitor and manage personnel evaluation and performance assessment processes.
• Coordinate pre-joining and post-service training activities for crew members.
• Coordinate crew joining processes for timely deployment to vessels.
